28 – 30 March 2017 – Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, ‘Unity for Security’ is an INTERPOL forum organized in partnership with the United Arab Emirates and the INTERPOL Foundation for a Safer World, which will take place from 28 to 30 March 2017 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

It will bring together ministers with responsibility for security portfolios, senior police officials, and representatives from the private sector, to collectively address common issues. ‘Unity for Security’ will enable participants to identify their responsibilities in implementing a global policing architecture to combat future security threats.

Seven projects aligned to INTERPOL’s three crime programmes: Counter-terrorism, Organized and Emerging Crime and Cybercrime, will be highlighted during the three-day event;

  • Counter-terrorism
  • Cybercrime
  • Stolen Works of Art
  • Vulnerable communities
  • Vehicle crime
  • Drugs
  • Illicit goods and global health
