The case

The victim's body was found in a hotel room. Her hands were tied and  there are signs of violence having led to her death.

Characteristics

The victim was staying at the hotel in the company of a white male, about 25 to 30 years of age, 165-170 cm tall, normal build, with short stubble. He had thick, wavy, dark brown/black medium-length hair, combed back.

He spoke French and English. According to witnesses, the couple could have come from Geneva, Switzerland, or from a town about 10 km away from Geneva with the word “ville” in its name.
