The case:
On 26 January 1994, a hunter discovered a human skull in the Bois d’Alix, in Lassy.
The gendarmerie’s on-site search led to the discovery of other partially buried bones, with upper and lower limbs tied with cords.
Characteristics:
A dental examination noted the absence of the two upper lateral incisors, which may or may not have been genetic. This means that when the woman smiled, she would have shown her canine teeth next to her incisors.
The victim had probably received standard dental care many years ago; there had been no treatment in recent years.
She had an old fracture of the right collarbone.
