*The continent of the elected President will determine the geographical distribution of the seats of Vice Presidents. For example, if the elected President is from Europe, there will be no election for Vice President for Europe.
The opening of a second seat of Delegate for Africa is also subject to the results of the election of the President, i.e., a second seat of Delegate for Africa will only be open if the elected President is not from Africa.
** Reserve lists are established for two delegate seats (one for Europe and one for Asia). These seats will only be opened if a sitting Executive Committee member from Europe or Asia is elected to a higher office.
