Who can access IGLC and how?

IGLC is made available to the Law Enforcement community in three different ways:

1.Via the I24/7 network, for National Central Bureaus (NCBs) and all users with an INSYST account, which requires a username and password

2. Via the INTERPOL https network, which also requires a username and password

3. Via the INTERPOL General Secretariat headquarters’ Dashboard, which is also available to Regional Bureaus, Liaison Offices and the Global Center for Innovation.

I am a Law enforcement and I would like to have an account to access IGLC E-learning courses. What should I do?
If you are a member of any Law Enforcement Organization and require access to our platform, send a request to your NCB asking them to send an e-mail with your name, surname, title, agency, and e-mail address to and we will then provide you with an HTTPS account and password to access the HTTPS site.  Access is granted to Law Enforcement officers according to article 21 of the INTERPOL Rules on the Processing of Data.
I am a not a police officer or from part of a Law Enforcement Organization. Can I still request access to IGLC?
We are sorry but only law enforcement officers have the right to have access to our E-learning modules, provided that the INTERPOL National Central Bureau (NCB) of their country validates and accepts their request.
How do members of the National Central Bureaus (NCBs) get a username and password for the I-24/7 network?
Access will be granted to members of the INTERPOL National Central Bureaus (NCB’s) by the National Security Officer (NSO).
What if I can see the IGLC website content but cannot launch or see any of the e-learning courses?
