International law enforcement course in Singapore brings together law students

Law students from across the world have attended a summer course in Singapore on Global Business and International Police Enforcement Cooperation, taught jointly by Professor Ronald K. Noble (INTERPOL's Secretary General) and Professor Rutsel S.J. Martha (General Counsel for the International Fund for Agricultural Development). The course is part of a joint programme currently in its last year between Singapore's National University School of Law and the New York University School of Law.
