LYON (Francia) – Más de 27,5 toneladas de drogas decomisadas ha sido el resultado de la operación LIONFISH II, una iniciativa dirigida por INTERPOL contra el tráfico de drogas y de armas ¬de fuego en América Central y el Caribe a cargo de grupos de delincuencia organizada. Entre las drogas intervenidas había cocaína, cannabis y heroína; el alijo de cocaína por sí solo tenía un valor de casi 1 300 millones de dólares estadounidenses.
