INTERPOL bioterrorism workshop opens in South Africa.
Delegates encouraged to develop multi-agency response.

Delegates were split into smaller working groups to take part in a table top simulation of a bioterrorism event. Each group had to develop a strategy focusing on a multi-agency response which also showed the divison of responsibilties between police, public health services and the government.
