procedure to be followed when combating such crimes;
PROPOSES that, when carrying out its study, the Executive Committee should
take account of the advice given by qualified experts from Member States;
ASKS the Executive Committee to report back to the General Assembly at its
53rd session:
INSTRUCTS the Secretary General to organize a symposium in 1984 to discuss
this type of crime, with particular reference to the traffic in the weapons
