21st Asian Regional Conference

The Asian Regional Conference is a meeting where policy and strategy matters concerning improvement of police co-operation between the Asian member countries and the crime situation are discussed on the basis of preparatory work carried out by officials of the Sub-Directorate for Asia and South Pacific, with assistance from the Sub-Directorate for Middle East and North Africa in the General Secretariat, and on the contributions from delegations.
In accordance with the Terms of Reference for INTERPOL Regional Conferences, the Asian Regional Conference may take decisions which involve the development of activities related to basic matters connected with criminality and police strategy in the region.
