Pop-ups

Some pages may not work correctly if you have blocked pop-ups using your Web browser.

If this is the case, please follow below instructions which will assist you in allowing pop-up windows.

  • Go to the Tools menu.
  • Select Pop-up Blocker. (If this isn't listed, you have a third-party pop-up blocker. In this case, contact your Helpdesk.)
  • Select "Turn off Pop-up Blocker".
  • Close all web browser (such as Internet Explorer) windows.
  • Re-open web browser.

Flash plugin

In order to view the content of your learning materials, you need Flash plugin version 6 or higher installed on your system.

If you do not have the correct version,  please download it or contact your Information Technology (IT) department / Helpdesk.

Resolution

This site is best displayed in a resolution of 1280 x 960.

Course loading time

Some courses might take a few minutes to load.  Please be patient.  If after a few minutes the course is not visible, please contact your Information Technology (IT) department or helpdesk.
